For search and selection a target salary is usually identified in advance. We undertake assignments of this nature in the following way.
One third payment is made up front prior to search commencement.
Upon delivery of a short list of screened candidates the 2nd payment is required.One third.
Upon final completion of the client’s interview, selection and offer, we manage the candidate acceptance and start date.
Agreed start date & commencement of employment
Final payment. One third.
Search & Selection fees are outlined in our terms & conditions and are based on salary bandings
